Welcome to Omastudios.ca (“OMA Studios,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing this site or booking our services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

OMA Studios offers professional photography and videography services, including event coverage, portrait photography, media production, and digital delivery.

Bookings and Payments
Bookings are confirmed with a signed agreement and non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due before the event, or as agreed in writing. We reserve the right to cancel services for unpaid balances.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability. Cancellations within 7 days may incur full payment. If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the payments received.

Delivery
Edited photos and videos will be delivered digitally, generally within 1–2 weeks. Delivery times may vary, and clients must back up delivered files.

Website Use
OMA Studios own content on Omastudios.ca and cannot be duplicated without permission. Users may not disrupt site functionality.

File Storage
Completed projects are archived for 5 months or 1 year and may be deleted after this period.
